Single Cottage Rental Cancellation Policies

This policy applies to any single cottage rental listing.

North Coast Cottage rentals can be canceled at any time, subject to days prior to arrival cancellation terms. From time of booking until 14 days prior to the arrival date, guests will be refunded the full reservation charges, less a 5% transaction fee of the total reservation costs. Between 14 days and 7 days prior to the arrival date, guests shall receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days prior to the arrival date, guests shall receive no refund. North Coast Cottages does encourage guests to reach out as soon as they decide to cancel, as whenever possible, North Coast Cottages will do their best to rebook their stay and provide an additional refund to the canceling guest. However, North Coast Cottages does not guarantee any further refund beyond the standard cancellation policy.

Multiple Cottage Rental Cancellation Policies

This policy applies to the renting of more than one cottage and/or a multi-rental cottage listing. This includes the rental of multiple families or guest parties reserving different cottage listings with the intention of creating a group stay, under different reservations, during similar reservation dates, and then canceling each cottage reservation.

From time of booking until 30 days prior to the arrival date, guests will be refunded the full reservation charges, less a 5% transaction fee of the total reservation costs. Between 30 days and 14 days prior to the arrival date, guests shall receive a 50% refund. Within 14 days prior to the arrival date, guests shall receive no refund. North Coast Cottages does encourage guests to reach out as soon as they decide to cancel, as whenever possible, North Coast Cottages will do their best to rebook their stay and provide an additional refund to the canceling guest. However, North Coast Cottages does not guarantee any further refund beyond the standard cancellation policy.

Damage & Incidentals

Guests will be responsible for any damage to the rental property or amenities during their stay. With the reserved right to charge the card on file for said damages.
